Pure Water Northwest was brought over to North Idaho in 2021 by Joe and Summer Marrow, who own and operate all aspects of the company. Joe obtained a thorough knowledge of water treatment and pipefitting while working for the Department of Defense where he worked for over 10 years and completed a 4-year Marine Pipefitting apprenticeship. The focus of the company is now, and has always been: To provide exceptional service, the best systems in the industry and to do so at an affordable price.

The Marrow family has always enjoyed helping others. With water quality diminishing and shortages of fresh drinking water, even in our local communities due to excessive heat and droughts, the Marrow family decided to start a water treatment company to help combat these issues.

Pure Water Northwest was originally created back in 2016 by Chris and Tianna Pelton. The company has had tremendous success and now serves the majority of Western Washington. In 2019 Pelton partnered with Daniel Speer and Cydian Kauffman. Daniel is the owner of Gu-Wi Gutters and Windows which provides five-star service to its customers. Cydian is an expert in customer service, business management and serves as the CEO of the company. Pelton, who now lives in Alaska, still serves as the president of the company for the Washington branch. Everyone who joins the team is trained in the Water Quality Association of America Certified Water Technician training course. And all of them are given the power to make sure the customer is happy, and the job is done right. It is the most important thing to us!
